Add dough to zip lock bags till about 1/3 to 1/2 full.
Press dough flat through ziplock bag Till about 1/2 inch thick, evenly.
Press out any air, and seal bag(s) shut
Write date, type of cookie dough, and baking instructions on bag.
Freeze for up to three (3) months.
When ready to bake, break off desired amount of dough, in chunks and place on cookie sheet. Bake according to recipe directions. Time may vary due to dough being frozen. (Our cookie recipe bakes nicely in about 7-9 minutes from frozen at 375 degrees Fahrenheit)
